3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Arkline AI SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to receive text messages from Arkline AI, you consent to receive SMS messages related to the categories you have selected. These may include:
- Non-marketing messages: Appointment confirmations, service updates, demo scheduling reminders, and account notifications.
- Marketing messages: Special offers, discounts, product updates, and promotional content (only if you have separately opted in to marketing messages).
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
